Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service or retail experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and punctual attendance
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 44 pounds occasionally
- ability to remain mobile throughout the scheduled shift
- capability to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions

Job Duties

- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues and improve guest experience
- thank guests and let them know we appreciate their business
- know and promote benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time
- show guests how to use features and offerings within the Target App including Wallet
- be familiar with Order Pick-Up and Drive Up services and help guests enroll
- process returns accurately following register prompts and company policies
- maintain a clean, clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours and be available to assist guests
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-Up orders, and returns while maintaining a compliance culture
- perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
