Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous retail or customer service experience beneficial but not required
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • flexible work schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and remain mobile for entire shifts
  • capability to lift and move products up to 44 pounds as needed

Job Duties

  • demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard

  • scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
  • work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy

  • be familiar with order pick-up, drive-up and online ordering and assist guests with enrollment and usage
  • attempt every return and partner with leaders to resolve guest issues while following policies
  • maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
  • stock supplies during store hours while being available for guests
  • demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
  • work safely at all times, comply with safety policies, and report hazards
  • support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up orders ensuring compliance
