Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
  • create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks

  • be knowledgeable about products, tools, and services available in the store and specific to your area

  • accurately scan and bag guest items in compliance with food safety standards

  • show guests how to use the Target App features, including Wallet
  • familiarize with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering and assist guests with enrollment and usage
  • process returns following store policies and partner with leaders to resolve guest issues
  • maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
  • stock supplies during store hours
  • uphold ethical conduct and safety compliance
  • support guest services such as order pick-up and Drive-Up while ensuring compliance with applicable laws
