Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Capability to remain mobile and standing for the duration of the shift
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Basic technology proficiency to use handheld scanners and communication devices
- Compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and make them aware of current promotions and store events
- Be knowledgeable about the store's tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience
- Thank guests and promote Target Loyalty programs including assisting with sign-up
- Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately while complying with safety standards
- Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy
- Show guests how to use the Target App features and direct enrollment for online ordering, order pick-up, and drive-up services
- Handle returns according to register prompts and company policies
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- Stock supplies during store hours while being available for guests
- Adhere to safety policies and report hazards
- Support guest services such as order pick-up, Drive-Up orders, and returns with compliance
- Perform other duties based on business needs
