Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain mobile for entire shifts
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology
