Job Requirements
- Ability to climb ladders
- Capable of safely handling merchandise up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Capability to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
- Ability to remain mobile throughout scheduled shifts
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to resolve guest questions promptly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience helpful but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with a team
- Comfortable operating handheld scanners and other technology
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent guest service
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Observe and respond to guest body language and verbal cues to tailor assistance
- Engage with guests to understand their specific needs
- Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services
- Thank guests genuinely and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Help guests while efficiently completing workload with minimal disruption
- Work in all departments to maintain a full, zoned, and stocked sales floor
- Push and stock product to the sales floor
- Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions and sales plans
- Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure accurate signing
- Complete scans and system audits to maintain inventory accuracy
- Support major transitions and ISM execution
- Maintain interior and exterior brand standards including cleanliness and cart collection
- Accurately execute pulls and backstock product
- Process inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy
- Complete all backroom daily and weekly audits
- Operate power equipment only if certified
- Maintain backroom organization and follow equipment guidelines
- Follow processes with attention to detail and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance culture
- Work safely to protect self and others and identify hazards
- Support guest services including back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up
- Perform all other duties as business needs require
