As a part-time Bartender at Guenther's Lounge, you will play a crucial role in creating this exceptional guest experience. Working at an hourly wage of $16.90, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing and serving beverages while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. This position requires a strong passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

The bartender role is multifaceted, encompassing both the creative art of crafting cocktails and the operational demands of bar management. You will be expected to have comprehensive knowledge of all types of liquor, drink recipes, proper glassware, and garnishes. Responsiveness to guests’ needs and maintaining positive relations is critical, as is the ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism and diplomacy. You will also be responsible for inventory management, ensuring that bar supplies are adequately stocked and requisitions are prepared as necessary.

Accuracy in cash handling is essential; you must be proficient with the MICROS system (or registers), follow proper discounting procedures, and handle tips correctly. Compliance with the company's policies, including red line enforcement and liquor liability training, is required to ensure a safe and responsible drinking environment.
