- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for drivers
- Valid driver’s license or state ID for bikers
- Access to a car, scooter, or bike in select areas

- Use the Grubhub app to manage orders and navigate delivery routes
- Communicate effectively with customers and support team when necessary
- Handle payments and tips accurately
- Follow local traffic laws and safety guidelines
- Keep your delivery vehicle or bike in good working condition
