Job Description
Auris is a leading payroll and human resources company specifically designed for small and midsized businesses that need accurate and reliable payroll and workforce management solutions. Trusted by over 50,000 businesses nationwide, Auris delivers a combination of intuitive technology and expert human support to ensure that payroll, compliance, and workforce operations are executed flawlessly every time. Recently integrated as part of Acrisure, a prominent global organization, Auris is entering an exciting new stage of its growth journey. This growth phase focuses on modernizing its demand generation engine, expanding its presence nationally, and creating a more predictable pipeline driven by digital marketing and partner-focused channels. With a firm foundation and an ample client base, Auris is uniquely positioned to innovate and lead in the payroll and HR domain for small and midsized businesses.
The role of Growth Marketing Manager, Customer at Auris is a high-impact marketing position that plays an essential role in driving expansion from Auris’s existing installed base of customers. This role is centered not merely on customer success or general lifecycle marketing but rather on strategically generating a robust sales pipeline within the current customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customers who show the highest propensity for expansion and designing focused campaigns and initiatives that create urgency and prompt these customers toward making additional product purchases. This includes generating qualified leads and conversations that directly feed inside sales efforts. Beyond digital campaigns, the Growth Marketing Manager will also coordinate and support customer-centric events like webinars and trade shows, which are critical to maintaining engagement and driving decision-making among the customer base.
Success in this role is measured by tangible sales metrics such as expansion pipeline creation, attachment rates, and conversions achieved through upselling efforts. Unlike roles that measure success by email engagement rates, this position is focused on real pipeline impact and efficient conversion. Working closely with inside sales teams, the role demands a highly data-driven and analytical approach, using product usage data, firmographics, and behavioral intent signals to prioritize the best accounts at the optimal time. The manager will lead the execution of multi-channel expansion campaigns, including emails, paid retargeting, and direct outreach, ensuring messaging connects directly to meaningful business challenges faced by customers.
The Growth Marketing Manager must be adept in HubSpot for campaign management, segmentation, workflow creation, and performance reporting. A key component of the role involves harnessing AI-assisted marketing tools to enhance content production, enrich contact lists, and personalize campaigns at scale. A proactive ownership mindset and a strong capability to diagnose and correct pipeline issues are essential qualities for this role. The base salary for this full-time hybrid position is set at $130,000, reflecting a competitive compensation aligned with the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Candidates are expected to be physically present on-site as needed to foster collaboration, leadership, and cross-functional teamwork. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join a dynamic, fast-growing company where they can directly influence customer growth and business success.
