Raising Cane's is seeking a Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader to join its dynamic leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about restaurant operations, team development, and new restaurant growth. The role is designed as an Assistant Restaurant Leader position with added responsibilities for supporting new restaurant openings (NROs). The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader will oversee the training team, ensuring the development and effectiveness of trainers, while managing the daily operations in both existing and new restaurants to uphold the brand standards and culture.
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $72,000, influenced by location, experience, and qualifications. Furthermore, candidates are eligible for the Restaurant Monthly Incentive Program, which can significantly increase total target cash compensation to between $87,696 and $99,696, contingent upon restaurant performance and meeting eligibility criteria. This compensation package reflects Raising Cane's commitment to rewarding leadership that drives operational excellence and profitability.
The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader will take on crucial responsibilities including leading the training team, managing new restaurant setups, executing shift management, and enforcing operational and safety standards. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- Able to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Three plus years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Lead the training team and oversee trainer development
- Lead the new restaurant setup and organization and ensure full and accurate completion
- Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- Execute shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
- Perform restaurant performance standards observation walks and use tools to document results and take corrective action when needed
- Support in strategy planning and execution in all areas of operations
- Complete other duties as assigned
