Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years restaurant or retail management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
  • New restaurant opening experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-driven, flexible and highly energetic
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Able to recognize problems and convert plans into action
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some college preferred
  • Minimum three years restaurant or retail management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
  • New restaurant opening experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Lead the training team and oversee trainer development
  • Lead new restaurant setup and ensure full and accurate completion
  • Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • Execute shift management meeting operations and safety standards
  • Perform restaurant performance observation walks and document results with corrective actions
  • Support strategy planning and execution in all areas of operations
  • Complete other duties as assigned
