This job posting is for a full-time Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader position at Raising Cane's. Starting base salary ranges between $65,000 and $75,000 depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Additionally, this role is eligible for the Restaurant Monthly Incentive Program, which can increase total target cash earnings to a range between $92,696 and $102,696. The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader plays a crucial role in supporting not only the daily operations but also the strategic growth of Raising Cane’s. This position involves assisting with new restaurant openings (NRO), overseeing and developing the training team, and ensuring adherence to brand standards across all operations. The role requires leadership in training hourly restaurant managers and assistant restaurant leaders while deployed, building their skills to maintain the outstanding service and operational quality Raising Cane’s is known for. The Assistant Growth Restaurant Leader also takes charge of the new restaurant setup and ensures that every aspect is organized and completed accurately in preparation for a successful launch.

- Minimum three years restaurant or retail management experience
- Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
- New restaurant opening experience preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-driven, flexible and highly energetic
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Able to recognize problems and convert plans into action
