They currently offer a competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $72,000, depending on location and experience, with opportunities to earn additional income through their Restaurant Monthly Incentive Program. This program can increase total target cash compensation up to $99,696, reflecting the profitability and performance of the home restaurant as well as the employee's eligibility.

The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader at Raising Cane's plays a critical role in supporting new restaurant openings and the overall training and development of staff. This position functions as an assistant manager with added responsibilities including oversight of the training team, coaching hourly restaurant managers, and supporting Assistant Restaurant Leaders during deployment. The role demands leadership in managing restaurant operations both prior to and after opening, ensuring adherence to Raising Cane's policies, high standards of customer service, and the robust company culture. The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader is also responsible for leading the new restaurant setup, organizing training efforts, and driving performance and safety standards. This position is physically demanding, requiring work in fast-paced kitchen environments, interacting with customers, and performing various physical activities such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking. The role may require working indoors and outdoors under varied temperature conditions and involves handling food products, cleaning materials, and industrial equipment with proper protective measures. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • possess a valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
  • self-driven, flexible and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
  • able to recognize problems, set goals, create plans and convert plans into action to solve problems
  • proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
  • able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
  • new restaurant opening experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Leads the training team and oversees trainer development
  • leads the new restaurant setup and organization and ensures full and accurate completion
  • enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • executes shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
  • performs restaurant performance standards observation walks and uses tools to document results and take corrective action when needed
  • supports in strategy planning and execution in all areas of operations
  • completes other duties as assigned
