Job Requirements

  • Education level appropriate for sales management
  • 1-3 years of related experience in hotel sales or comparable fields
  • proficiency with CRM and hotel management systems
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • motivated with excellent organizational skills
  • ability to present and negotiate effectively

Job Qualifications

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 1-3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred
  • solid computer proficiency and comfort with CRM and hotel systems
  • completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent preferred
  • training or strength in selling, negotiation, business writing, and presentations preferred

Job Duties

  • Strategically position guest rooms, meeting space, and Hyatt services to clients
  • actively generate new business and cultivate key accounts
  • conduct compelling site inspections
  • craft persuasive proposals tailored to client needs
  • confidently present solutions
  • blend business development, account management, and on-property experience to meet targets
  • build and maintain long-term client relationships
