Job Requirements
- a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- refined verbal and written communication skills
- minimum of 2-4 years of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred
- proficiency in general computer knowledge
- completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent preferred
- training in selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills preferred

Job Duties
- selling guest rooms on peak night
- selling meeting space and other Hyatt services to groups
- managing customer accounts
- conducting site inspections
- preparing and presenting sales proposals
- maintaining documentation and sales reports
- coordinating customer service needs
