Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of hotel sales experience
- proficiency in general computer knowledge
- refined verbal and written communication skills
- completion of Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent preferred
- training in selling, negotiating, business writing, and presentation skills preferred
- strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- problem-solving skills with composure in challenging client situations
- collaborative team player with positive energy
- strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- receptive to feedback and continuous learning
Job Duties
- managing assigned group accounts with 151 or more peak room nights
- developing new business through proactive prospecting using Hyatt systems and external resources
- executing regular sales calls and strategic sales initiatives
- maintaining strong client relationships and acting as primary point of contact
- collaborating with hotel operations to support on-site group experiences
- ensuring high customer satisfaction to secure repeat business
- managing sales goals and adapting to market assignment changes
