Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in sales or hospitality sales

  • proficiency with sales and forecasting software
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest quality of service to customers
  • respond quickly and timely to all calls, emails, and leads within 24 hours
  • solicit and secure business through proactive sales using technology
  • develop strong, professional long-term business relationships
  • understand hotel business strategies to create effective action plans
  • maintain accurate revenue information in SFAWeb
  • organize files neatly with all required information
  • attend BEO and departmental meetings
  • work closely with Catering Department on event execution
  • be on-site to greet groups and ensure smooth event operations
  • follow-up with clients after functions to ensure satisfaction
  • communicate feedback to various departments
  • manage billing and collections
  • assist with site inspections
  • participate in customer functions
  • support sales reporting
  • provide sales support during shows and drive sales initiatives
  • maintain professional attire and represent the hotel positively
