Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of prior hotel sales experience
- ability to conduct site inspections and travel locally
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with various departments
- willingness to work flexible hours and comply with attendance rules
- physical ability to perform trade show setup tasks

Job Duties
- Conduct site inspections throughout the property
- maximize revenue by selling all aspects of the hotel to clients
- interview, hire, train, and evaluate sales staff
- handle account details ensuring complete solicitation and closing documentation
- develop and conduct persuasive sales presentations
- travel locally to conduct outside sales calls and promote the hotel
- represent the hotel at trade shows and set up exhibits
- communicate clearly and effectively with staff and clients
- comply with attendance rules and be regularly available
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
