Covering 50,000 square feet of indoor space, it features private Fowling lanes, Cornhole courts, full-service bars, and adaptable banquet areas, making it an ideal destination for groups to gather for meetings, celebrations, tournaments, fundraisers, and team-building activities. The venue stands out by combining high-energy fun with professional event hosting, catering to a diverse clientele including businesses, nonprofits, schools, youth sports organizations, networking groups, and community organizations. It is committed to transforming conventional meetings and events into memorable experiences that foster connection, teamwork, and enjoyment.
The role of Group Sales & Events Manager at The Fowling Warehouse Omaha is a full-time position dedicated to maximizing group bookings and cultivating lasting relationships with clients who seek to host gatherings at this premier venue. This position involves actively prospecting and engaging organizations that align with the venue's target group sizes and event types. The Group Sales & Events Manager will be tasked with generating new opportunities, promoting the venue’s capabilities, and enhancing its reputation as Omaha’s go-to spot for dynamic meetings, celebrations, and team-building events. Beyond sales and event coordination, the manager will spearhead the creation and promotion of Fowling and Cornhole tournaments as well as other community events, including fairs, farmers markets, vendor markets, and marketplace events. These initiatives are designed to draw in new guests, vendors, and revenue, enriching the venue’s community presence and business growth.
This role demands a professional who excels in sales, customer engagement, and communication, paired with strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit. Candidates should be comfortable managing diverse schedules, executing marketing efforts through social media, and using event management software to streamline operations. The ideal Group Sales & Events Manager also possesses problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and maintains a positive and proactive approach. Flexible availability, including working evenings and weekends, is essential to accommodate the nature of event hosting and promotional activities. Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or event management is advantageous but not mandatory. Overall, this position is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, creative individual to contribute meaningfully to a vibrant entertainment and event venue while advancing their career in sales and event management.
