The role of Group Reservations Manager at Hilton is pivotal in shaping the guest experience by managing the hotel’s reservations operations with excellence and care. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in hotel management or reservations operations
- Demonstrated capability in revenue optimization and group reservation management
- Strong computer skills including familiarity with reservation software
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to Hilton’s core values and exceptional guest service standards
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel reservations management or related hospitality role
- Strong knowledge of revenue management and occupancy strategies
- Excellent leadership and team development skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily reservations operations including managing room inventory and availability
