Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- no prior work experience required or 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 2 years experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area
- strong communication skills
- ability to work full time in National Harbor, Maryland
- eligible to manage a dynamic reservations sales team
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- proficiency in using sales resources and reservation systems
- availability to monitor and evaluate team performance
Job Qualifications
