Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn Resort Suite, Envision, and CRM systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred, ideally in hospitality or tourism
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- willingness to learn Resort Suite, Envision, and other CRM systems
- Passion for wellness and hospitality
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Previous resort experience preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as primary contact for group and corporate clients
- Support clients with schedules, itineraries, billing and logistics
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute group programs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after group stays
- Effectively communicate Miraval Austin programming and ethos
- Work onsite with flexibility between client calls and operational needs
- Support daily operations with schedule adjustments, point of sale, reporting, and providing assistance to colleagues when needed
- Work directly with guests onsite on changes to their schedule
