As the Group Programming Coordinator at Miraval Austin, you will play a pivotal role in supporting group sales operations and ensuring flawless execution of group programs and events. Serving as the primary contact for corporate clients and group organizers, this role demands a high level of organization, communication, and customer service acumen. You will coordinate schedules, prepare itineraries, manage billing, and oversee logistics to ensure clients receive an outstanding experience from booking through onsite execution. By working closely with internal teams, you will help uphold the Miraval Austin standards and philosophy.

This position requires flexibility to manage onsite responsibilities alongside client calls and operational tasks, supporting daily activities including schedule adjustments and point of sale inquiries. Your involvement will not only be administrative but also guest-facing, providing real-time assistance to ensure seamless program delivery. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn Resort Suite, Envision, and CRM systems
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred, ideally in hospitality or tourism
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • willingness to learn Resort Suite, Envision, and other CRM systems
  • Passion for wellness and hospitality
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Previous resort experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Serve as primary contact for group and corporate clients
  • Support clients with schedules, itineraries, billing and logistics
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute group programs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication
  • Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after group stays
  • Effectively communicate Miraval Austin programming and ethos
  • Work onsite with flexibility between client calls and operational needs
  • Support daily operations with schedule adjustments, point of sale, reporting, and providing assistance to colleagues when needed
  • Work directly with guests onsite on changes to their schedule
