The position of Group Manager, Product - Beverage, within the Menu Experience - Beverage organization, is a pivotal leadership role at Starbucks. The successful candidate will lead a talented team of product managers who are responsible for guiding the strategic direction and development of the beverage portfolio. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6-10+ years of relevant brand management experience
- 6-10+ years of project leadership in cross-functional environments
- proven experience in product strategy development and implementation
- financial forecasting and analytic skills with 5+ years experience
- 3+ years experience managing a team
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- customer focused mindset
- willingness to work onsite four days a week
Job Qualifications
- Progressive experience in brand management, 6-10+ years
- project leadership in a cross-functional environment, 6-10+ years
- progressive experience leading the development and implementation of new or existing products or strategies
- experience in financial forecasting, in-depth analytics, business case development and P&L management, 5+ years
- experience managing others, 3+ years
- MBA strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Partner cross-functionally to align seasonal product strategy with enterprise priorities, customer needs, and operational realities
