We are currently seeking a full-time Property Administrative Specialist to join our team. This non-management position offers an hourly wage of $25.40 and plays a vital role in hotel operations by providing comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments including Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage. The Property Administrative Specialist is responsible for a wide range of tasks such as preparing documents using various software tools, coordinating communications with clients and vendors, and acting as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process. This role is essential to ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations within the hotel.

The ideal candidate for this position will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. Success in this role requires a commitment to creating a safe workplace, adherence to company policies and quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor. Additionally, the Property Administrative Specialist must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting light objects and standing or walking for extended periods. This role supports the hotel’s mission to provide seamless service and uphold the high standards associated with the Westin and Marriott brands.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior administrative experience preferred
  • ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
  • excellent communication skills
  • physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • commitment to workplace safety and company policies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
