The role of Property Administrative Specialist is a critical administrative position within the hotel’s operational framework. The specialists provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments including guest services, engineering, and food and beverage. The role acts as a liaison between the sales office and clients throughout the entire event process, from preparation before the event to follow-up afterward, ensuring smooth communication and organization.
