The Group Home Manager role at Easterseals Rehabilitation Center is a rewarding leadership position focused on overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of one of the group homes. This role involves providing exceptional care to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities while leading and supporting direct care staff to ensure high standards of service and safety. The Group Home Manager is responsible for developing individual program plans that promote independence and self-confidence among residents, as well as building positive relationships with their families through regular and meaningful communication. Additionally, this role includes administrative duties such as staff training, scheduling, financial statement review, and policy compliance to maintain a safe and effective living environment.
