Job Requirements
- Must be twenty-one years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license with clean and acceptable driving record
- must be reliable, responsible, and compassionate
- a minimum of at least six months’ experiences working in a similar role
- preferred experience working with and supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Certified Nursing Assistant applicants preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Offer hands-on support and supervision to individuals to promote their safety, engagement, and overall well-being
- follow personalized care plans to help individuals reach their goals and build life skills
- support individuals with daily living activities such as hygiene, dressing, mobility, and preparing meals
- administer medications accurately while following all relevant agency guidelines and procedures
- keep the environment clean, safe, and well-organized by following health and safety standards
- document daily activities, progress updates, incidents, and other required reports with accuracy
- encourage community interaction by helping individuals take part in events, activities, and social opportunities
