The Group Home Assistant Manager role at Easterseals Rehabilitation Center is a vital position that supports both clients and staff within the group home setting. The Assistant Manager also plays a key role in supporting the Group Home Manager with operational responsibilities such as managing financial statements, maintaining medical equipment, and coordinating client healthcare appointments. In addition, this position is centered on building strong relationships with Direct Care Staff, developing retention strategies to maintain a dedicated team environment, and participating in fun community activities and outings for clients.
