Job Requirements
- CPR and AED certification
- Certification in group fitness or yoga
- Experience leading group fitness or yoga classes
- Insured or willing to obtain liability insurance
- Availability for preferred class times
- Passion for fitness and community wellness
- Ability to guide safe and effective workouts
Job Qualifications
- Certification in group fitness or yoga

- Ability to motivate and inspire participants
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fitness certification or relevant degree preferred
Job Duties
- Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun group fitness or yoga workouts
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
- Use digital tools to clock in and track attendance
- Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
- Build your brand as a trusted fitness leader in your community
