This Group Executive Chef role is a newly created and strategic leadership position designed to support the group’s ongoing expansion and innovation. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leadership to define and execute culinary strategies that align with the group’s prestigious standing and growth objectives. This multi-unit leadership role is ideal for an operationally focused and visionary culinary leader who has demonstrated experience in Michelin-starred, James Beard, or similarly acclaimed kitchens. The Group Executive Chef will take ownership of driving concept development, research and development efforts, new restaurant openings, and ongoing team mentorship. The role requires not only culinary expertise but also exceptional operational acumen to oversee back-of-house systems, streamline operations, and ensure consistency across multiple locations and service models.

The Group Executive Chef will lead all facets of menu engineering, spanning breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, directly impacting guest experience and brand reputation. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of multi-unit culinary leadership experience
- Proven experience in Michelin-starred or James Beard-recognized kitchens
- Ability to lead concept development and new restaurant openings
- Strong operational and financial management skills including P&L responsibility
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours
- Experience with BOH systems and menu engineering
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience in a multi-unit capacity as either a Culinary Director, Corporate Chef, or Regional Chef
- Background in Michelin-starred, James Beard-recognized, or similarly acclaimed kitchens
- Strong foundation across a variety of services
- Ideally familiar with various service models
- Demonstrated success with new restaurant openings and concept development
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with strong communication abilities
- Collaborative mindset
- Comfortable with international travel and a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Boutique hotel experience a plus
Job Duties
- Lead new restaurant openings from concept development through execution
- Menu engineering in collaboration with senior leadership
- Maintain and elevate culinary standards aligned with Michelin-starred expectations
- Oversee, develop, and refine all BOH systems for streamlined operations with intentional planning
- Hire, mentor, develop, and inspire teams across locations and concepts
- Oversee menu development across breakfast, lunch, and dinner concepts
- Budget planning, forecast, and overall P&L responsibility for BOH operations
