Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior administrative or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible shifts
  • capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • adherence to company policies and safety standards
  • professionalism in appearance and communication

Job Qualifications

  • experience with property management systems (pms)
  • familiarity with marsha software
  • event coordination experience preferred
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • provide administrative support across hotel departments
  • prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • serve as point of contact for clients and vendors
  • act as liaison between Sales Office and clients throughout event processes including pre-event, event, and post-event stages
  • ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
  • maintain professional personal appearance and communication
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
