- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior administrative or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts
- capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- adherence to company policies and safety standards
- professionalism in appearance and communication
Job Qualifications
- experience with property management systems (pms)
- familiarity with marsha software
- event coordination experience preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- provide administrative support across hotel departments
- prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
- serve as point of contact for clients and vendors
- act as liaison between Sales Office and clients throughout event processes including pre-event, event, and post-event stages
- ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- maintain professional personal appearance and communication
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
