Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and prolonged standing
- Willingness to adhere to company appearance and behavior standards
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- Experience with PMS systems preferred
- Experience with Marsha system preferred
- Event experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software
- Serve as a liaison between the sales office and clients throughout the event process
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees across departments
- Perform physical tasks including moving objects under 10 pounds, standing, walking, bending, twisting, stretching, and stooping
- Respond appropriately to employee concerns and report accidents or hazards to management
- Assist in ensuring smooth hotel operations through versatile task management
