Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and prolonged standing
  • Willingness to adhere to company appearance and behavior standards
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with PMS systems preferred
  • Experience with Marsha system preferred
  • Event experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales office and clients throughout the event process
  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees across departments
  • Perform physical tasks including moving objects under 10 pounds, standing, walking, bending, twisting, stretching, and stooping
  • Respond appropriately to employee concerns and report accidents or hazards to management
  • Assist in ensuring smooth hotel operations through versatile task management
