Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- related experience required
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- capable of lifting up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and crawl in confined areas
- flexible availability to work irregular hours and respond to on-call duties
- compliance with safety training and protocols
Job Qualifications
- Related experience in groundskeeping or maintenance
- valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service skills
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- basic knowledge of safety and risk-management procedures
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
- transfer trash to dumpster or storage area and maintain storage areas
- complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
- change all locks according to property policy
- ensure pool gates are working according to codes and safety standards
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- inform supervisors of hazards or potentially dangerous situations
- demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents with respect and responding to complaints
- comply with safety and risk-management policies, attend safety meetings, complete required training, and report accidents and incidents
