At Kapilina Beach Homes, a garden-style lease-up property with 1,459 units, the Groundskeeper/Porter will work closely with the service team to enhance the resident experience through meticulous maintenance and prompt service.

In this role, candidates will be responsible for the upkeep of common areas by removing litter, debris, and pet droppings throughout the day to maintain a clean and inviting environment. Additionally, the Groundskeeper/Porter will handle trash removal, clean vacant units before make-ready work begins, and maintain storage areas. Minor repair and service requests will be completed as assigned, supporting the make-ready specialist during apartment turnovers. The role also involves changing locks as per property policy, ensuring pool gates are functional and meet safety regulations, distributing notices, and performing safety inspections.
