Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk and sit for extended periods
- Capacity to bend, stoop, climb ladders and crawl in confined spaces
- Ability to work in all weather conditions including rain, snow and heat
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must have valid drivers license
- Ability to travel occasionally between sites and attend required trainings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and working outdoors
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations
Job Duties
- Inspect community daily to remove litter, debris and pet waste
- Remove trash from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
- Complete routine service requests and assist in apartment turnover process
- Change locks and ensure pool gate safety compliance
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards or dangerous situations promptly
- Demonstrate excellent customer service addressing resident inquiries and complaints
