Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk and sit for extended periods
  • Capacity to bend, stoop, climb ladders and crawl in confined spaces
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions including rain, snow and heat
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must have valid drivers license
  • Ability to travel occasionally between sites and attend required trainings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and working outdoors
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations

Job Duties

  • Inspect community daily to remove litter, debris and pet waste
  • Remove trash from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
  • Complete routine service requests and assist in apartment turnover process
  • Change locks and ensure pool gate safety compliance
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards or dangerous situations promptly
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service addressing resident inquiries and complaints
