This full-time position offers regular working hours from Monday to Friday and is ideal for candidates who have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. The Groundskeeper/Porter will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the property. This role involves both indoor and outdoor responsibilities, including janitorial duties and grounds maintenance.

The successful candidate will have at least six months of experience in cleaning or janitorial work, demonstrating a professional work ethic and a reliable approach to their tasks. Additional incentives include monthly bonus potential for lease renewals, a yearly holiday bonus, and possible pay raises. Employees also have access to discounted rental packages for those interested in living on-site, free certifications and training classes, a paid time off program, and comprehensive benefits including dental, health, vision insurance, and 401K options after 60 days of employment.
