The role of Groundskeeper at ZRS is pivotal in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the properties under management. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of buildings and common areas, ensuring that all aspects of the property reflect the high standards expected by ZRS. Your responsibilities include maintaining trash-free and cobweb-free breezeways, sweeping or blowing debris, replacing light bulbs in common areas, walking the property monthly for inspections, pressure washing buildings, preparing market-ready units, cleaning all common areas, model units, and amenities, and keeping the compactor area free from debris.

This role requires a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
