Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior maintenance or property support experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and carry objects up to 25 pounds independently
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate a golf cart on property
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in maintenance or property management support preferred
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to complete minor repair tasks
- Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Inspects community for litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Removes trash and items from vacant apartments and maintains storage areas
- Completes minor and routine service requests
- Assists make-ready specialists in unit turns
- Changes locks and ensures pool gate safety compliance
- Distributes notices to residents
- Reports hazards or dangerous situations promptly
- Provides respectful customer service and responds to maintenance inquiries
- Participates in safety meetings and complies with OSHA training and policies
