As a Groundskeeper, you will perform a wide variety of duties that include cleaning and maintenance tasks in common areas, landscaping, vacant apartment make-ready, and assisting the maintenance team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in groundskeeping or a related field, possesses a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and shows willingness to learn new skills and maintain a high standard of service. The Groundskeeper will also be instrumental in promoting the image of more upscale or luxury communities by maintaining impeccable personal presentation and understanding the expectations of discerning residents. Responsibilities include regular cleaning of community areas, landscaping duties such as watering plants and weeding, trash removal, and supporting the maintenance team with routine inspections and minor repairs.
