Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of full-time related experience
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with team members, residents, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Willingness to perform all required tasks
- Demonstrate knowledge of work safety habits
- Ability to professionally represent the company
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to work on call and extended hours including after-hours and weekends
- Attention to detail - meticulous
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Social skills to interact with residents
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work individually and on a team
- Any other projects as directed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to sit, stand, climb, stoop, and remain at a desk for up to 8 hours or more
- Must be able to walk the property for up to 8 hours or more in various weather conditions
- Must have the ability to climb stairs for showing properties
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of landscaping maintenance and safety practices

Job Duties
- Ensure that the appearance of all property, including community office, model, apartment, and amenity areas, meets or exceeds company standards
- Assist the team by offering support for community functions
- Pick up litter daily
- Sweep and blow breezeways
- Clean areas around dumpsters
- Clean out vacant apartments
- Clean mail room, pool areas, laundry room, etc.
- Assist with pool maintenance
- Water plants as needed
- Maintain sprinkler system
- Use insecticides, fertilizers, and herbicides as needed
- Mow and trim lawns
- Reseed lawns and replant if necessary
- Properly stake trees
- Correctly prune trees and shrubs
- Weed lawns and planted areas
- Make drainage corrections
- Replace breezeway light bulbs
- Assist with distributing notices
- Assist in make-readies and other maintenance work as directed
