Job Duties
- clean all common areas and walkways and maintain overall property appearance
- walk the property daily to maintain curb appeal to include trash pick-up
- cutting
- trimming
- watering greenery and flowers
- and snow removal during winter
- maintain all common areas such as fitness centers
- lounges
- and outdoor entertainment areas
- oversee trash rooms
- compactors
- and recycling
- follow all safety and liability guidelines as outlined in the safety and liability manual and report oversights to the Property Manager
- provide excellent customer service to all residents and participate in resident functions as required by the Property Manager
