The role of Groundskeeper / Porter at Kapilina Beach in Ewa Beach, Hawaii, is a full-time position committed to maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of the garden-style community, which consists of 1,459 units. This role is integral to sustaining the high standards of the property's physical condition, grounds, and amenities, ensuring an inviting environment for residents and guests. As a Groundskeeper / Porter, you will be responsible for daily inspections of the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and recreational facilities clean and attractive. You will assist with routine maintenance tasks, support the make-ready process for vacant apartments, and ensure the security features such as gates and locks meet safety standards.

This position requires an individual who is physically capable of performing duties that involve standing, walking, bending, climbing, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to safety and risk management policies is essential, including participation in safety meetings and compliance with OSHA regulations. Flexibility is also important, as the role may involve occasional on-call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays. The hourly wage ranges from $14.90 to $16.50, commensurate with experience and skills.
