Job Duties

  • Walk the grounds and common areas daily removing litter and debris from lawns planting beds parking areas sidewalks ramps and indoor spaces
  • empty trash receptacles as needed
  • clean hallways lobbies stairwells elevator cars and other common areas by vacuuming dusting buffing and washing
  • use power washer pool cleaning or vacuuming as needed
  • assist the maintenance team as required
