Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical labor and outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to lift moderate weights
- Availability to work flexible hours including some weekends
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and property guidelines
- Basic English communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to perform outdoor manual labor

Job Duties
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds, breezeways, parking areas, and common areas
- Assist with the exterior upkeep of buildings and community amenities
- Help preserve strong curb appeal through daily groundskeeping and porter duties
- Work with the property manager and maintenance team to prioritize tasks as needed
- Proactively identify and respond to unexpected property needs, including weather-related cleanup
- Remove trash, debris, and pet waste from common areas
- Help maintain cleanliness around the pool, courtyards, and shared outdoor spaces
- Support the team with additional property cleanup and exterior maintenance duties as needed
