These amenities include a resort-style pool, scenic lake views, a modern fitness center, inviting outdoor courtyards, and a pet-friendly environment, all situated conveniently within the Conroe area.

The Groundskeeper / Porter role is essential in ensuring that the community remains clean, safe, and visually appealing. This position suits a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for outdoor work. The ideal candidate will take great pride in maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of the property grounds and common areas, contributing to an inviting atmosphere that residents and guests can enjoy. Responsibilities for this role include daily groundskeeping tasks such as landscaping maintenance, trash removal, pet waste management, and upkeep of the community’s exterior features. Attention to detail is critical, as the candidate will be expected to notice and address any property issues proactively, including weather-related cleanup and helping with maintenance priorities alongside the property manager and maintenance staff. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with typical work shifts being eight hours per day from Monday through Friday, and occasional weekend hours as needed.
