Job Requirements

Minimum one year of landscaping or grounds experience required
CPO (Certified Pool Operator Certification) preferred
experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred
high school diploma or equivalent required
valid driver’s license required
strong customer service orientation
have an eye for detail to ensure property is presentable for residents
perform light maintenance
ability to consistently display a positive attitude
enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Ensuring property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping grounds and buildings clean and maintained
general grounds and pool maintenance
landscape planting and weeding
trash pickup and removal
performing cleaning, basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs
trimming, watering plants, hanging flyers, sweeping grounds
checking pool chemicals on weekends
