Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to work in extreme temperatures
- physical capability to lift and move up to 100 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl regularly
- able to use hands to handle tools
- good hearing and speaking abilities
- willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
- compliance with safety protocols
- ability to work in environments with exposure to chemicals, electrical risks, and moving mechanical parts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to maintain accurate records
- strong communication skills
- capability to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of safety practices
Job Duties
- Maintain time periods for daily cleaning of common areas
- cleaning of vacant apartments
- policing of grounds
- ground’s maintenance
- notify supervisor of completed work and readiness for inspection
- maintain accurate records of time worked
- request necessary supplies through maintenance superintendent or property manager
- report defects or deficiencies to maintenance superintendent or property manager
- maintain high standards of resident relations
- perform duties as requested by maintenance superintendent or property manager
- perform other assigned duties
