Known for its emphasis on comfort and convenience, West Pine Lofts offers a variety of furnished and pet-friendly one and two-bedroom apartments tailored to students, young professionals, and anyone seeking a high-quality urban living experience. The community is perfectly situated just over a mile from Forest Park and near numerous dining, entertainment, and cultural venues, making it an ideal place for residents who value active lifestyles and easy access to city amenities. Utilities such as water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent, simplifying monthly expenses for residents, while complimentary amenities like free Wi-Fi and cable television enhance their comfort.

As a full-time, non-exempt role, the Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal of both the interior and exterior environments of the property. This includes everything from routine litter pickup and sweeping to plant care and light maintenance activities.
