We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our maintenance team. This role is instrumental in preserving the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the community's common areas, exteriors, vacant apartments, sidewalks, and parking areas. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and performing various tasks such as pressure washing, painting, trash removal, and assisting with light emergency maintenance. This position requires working independently while adhering to community standards and supporting the maintenance team as necessary.
