Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of related work experience
- horticultural training
- pesticide and herbicide application license(s)
- may require certification or license for certain heavy equipment
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work weekday morning shifts reliably
- ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment
- perform tasks such as sod laying, mowing, trimming, edging, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, irrigation, sweeping parking lots and sidewalks, snow and ice management, sports field setup and maintenance
- attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- identify and resolve landscape and grounds maintenance issues
- ensure safety compliance and promote a safe working environment
- perform other duties as assigned based on client requirements and business needs
