Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of previous experience as a Groundskeeper or similar function preferred
- Ability to speak and understand English
- General computer knowledge
- Knowledge of and ability to use grounds tools and equipment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
- Valid driver’s license required

Job Duties
- Perform daily property walks and maintain curb appeal
- Remove trash and debris from common areas
- Assist with seasonal property needs like snow removal and leaf clearance
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure proper use and storage of tools and vehicles
- Respond to resident needs promptly and professionally
- Communicate work status and potential issues to the Service Manager
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
