Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear regularly
- ability to frequently sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- occasional ability to taste or smell
- ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds frequently
- ability to work in extreme temperatures
- willingness to work weekends as scheduled
- ability to follow safety protocols

Job Duties
- Maintain cleaning of common areas daily
- clean vacant apartments regularly
- police and maintain grounds
- notify supervisor when areas are ready for inspection
- maintain accurate time records
- request necessary supplies without overstocking
- report defects or deficiencies to maintenance superintendent
- uphold high standards of resident relations
- perform duties as requested by maintenance superintendent or property manager
- perform other assigned duties
