Job Duties

Daily grounds pick up including all amenities and breezeways and all floors
Daily cleaning of office and amenities
Turnkey cleaning and touch up cleaning of apartments
Assist maintenance team with other tasks
Learning and assisting with pool maintenance
Dog park and dog park station maintenance
Model touch up cleaning
Various maintenance tasks
